Respond to inquiries
Understand task types, configuration constraints, and regional preferences; recommend SDKMac M4 or SDKMac M4 Pro configurations; and explain the next ordering steps.
This policy explains what information SDKMac processes when providing website content, handling contact requests, coordinating support, and linking console orders, why it is processed, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.
This policy applies to the public content available on sdkmac.com, pre-purchase contact requests, configuration discussions, service support records, and the information required to identify and process console orders. It describes information SDKMac directly handles in these processes and does not change the user's responsibility for controlling project code, build artifacts, models, assets, or team materials.
When you browse the website without submitting information, we process only what is needed to deliver pages, provide security protection, and perform basic access analysis. When you email us, submit a request through the contact page, or open a ticket in the console, the scope expands to the contact details, issue description, and order-related information needed to resolve the matter.
Project content on dedicated physical Mac nodes is managed by the user. Providing node delivery and basic runtime services does not mean SDKMac proactively requests source code, secrets, signing materials, model files, or complete business data unrelated to support. If troubleshooting requires a sample, narrow its scope and redact it first.
Information primarily comes from what users submit and records necessarily generated while services operate. We process only the minimum needed for the specific task and do not require information unrelated to inquiries, order fulfillment, or support investigations.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, complete signing materials, or unredacted business data in public email subjects or unprotected descriptions. If support staff need additional context, they will specify the fields, purpose, and recommended redaction method.
We use information only when directly related to your request, service delivery, or platform security. Different fields serve different purposes, and one inquiry does not automatically expand processing to unrelated uses.
Understand task types, configuration constraints, and regional preferences; recommend SDKMac M4 or SDKMac M4 Pro configurations; and explain the next ordering steps.
Verify the selected model, rental term, node region, and add-ons, then coordinate node preparation, credential generation, and delivery-status records.
Use the order identifier, occurrence time, reproduction steps, and redacted logs to investigate connection, configuration, storage, or billing issues.
Identify abnormal requests, abuse, and signs of unauthorized access, protecting the website, console order processes, and node delivery records.
We may also use aggregated page-visit and issue-category information to improve the website, such as assessing whether configuration guidance is clear and support access is easy to find. These improvements minimize unnecessary data granularity and are not intended to build personal profiles unrelated to the service.
SDKMac orders support USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe) only. All orders are settled in US dollars (USD). The console determines which payment gateway is available.
The payment method you select processes the information required to complete the transaction. SDKMac retains transaction results and reference data needed for order verification, billing support, security review, and necessary compliance, but never asks you to send complete card details, payment credentials, or wallet private keys by ordinary email.
For payment verification issues, sign in to the console and submit a ticket with the order identifier, payment time, amount, and an appropriately masked transaction reference.
Information is processed only as necessary for service delivery, payment processing, security protection, or legal obligations. Each processing activity must have a clear purpose and limits on who can access it, which fields are used, and how long they are retained.
For payment processes, necessary information is handled according to the selected payment method. For node delivery or troubleshooting, relevant records are provided only to authorized personnel responsible for the task. We do not sell user contact details, order records, or support content for promotions unrelated to the service.
When disclosure of specific information is legally required, we handle it under the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based and, where possible, verify the request's legality, scope, and necessity. Any dispute will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
Retention periods depend on the processing purpose. Pre-purchase inquiry records are kept until requirements are confirmed and necessary follow-up is complete. Order and billing records are retained as needed for service fulfillment, reconciliation, security, and legal requirements. Support records are retained for a limited period based on issue complexity, recurrence risk, and follow-up needs. Basic access logs are retained for the period required for security investigations.
When information is no longer needed for its original purpose and there is no business, security, or legal need to retain it, we delete, anonymize, or restrict its further use. Copies in backups may be removed gradually according to the established overwrite cycle and are used only for recovery and security during that period.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the service team. Include a verifiable contact email, relevant order identifier, the information you want addressed, and your specific request. To prevent impersonation, we may require verification proportionate to the risk of the request.
SDKMac reduces information exposure risks through access controls, separation of duties, necessary logging, redacted communications, and data minimization. Use console tickets linked to order records for support whenever possible. Email is suitable for pre-purchase inquiries, configuration reviews, and communications that do not require sensitive materials.
Users are responsible for protecting account login details, node credentials, and team-member permissions. After first receiving node access credentials, update them according to team policy, restrict sharing, and promptly revoke access when a member leaves the project or changes responsibilities. Back up repositories, signing materials, models, assets, and build artifacts according to team policy; local copies on a node should not be treated as the only copy.
SDKMac currently offers node regions in Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), and Hong Kong. When selecting a node, consider your team's location, project data requirements, dependency locations, target market, and measured connection results.
Remote access to a node may involve users, team members, project dependencies, and the selected node being in different regions. Before uploading code, assets, models, logs, or other project data, confirm the access, transfer, retention, and authorization requirements applicable to your organization, customers, and project.
If your project has specific restrictions on data location, team permissions, or processing procedures, complete an internal review before creating an order and transfer only the data needed for the task. To discuss region selection, use the contact page to describe your team's location, target market, data types, and access method, but do not submit actual sensitive samples.
When the scope of information processing, service procedures, or user choices materially changes, we update the version information on this page and describe the main changes where appropriate. Changes made only to improve wording, correct links, or enhance readability do not alter existing processing purposes or limits.
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, you cancontact the service team or email support@sdkmac.com. Please state the request type, associated email address, relevant order identifier, and the scope of information you want addressed.
If an existing order involves connection records, billing status, or node delivery information, please firstsign in to the console and submit a ticket so the order records can be linked within the authorized scope and the outcome verified.
Review configurations for two tiers of dedicated physical Mac nodes, four rental terms, available regions, and add-ons before deciding whether to create an order.
