Four-region node directory

Choose the right Cloud Mac node for your build

SDKMac currently offers four node data centers: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), and Hong Kong. Each region offers SDKMac M4 and SDKMac M4 Pro, with every order assigned to a dedicated physical Mac, not a virtual machine.

Regional directory

Four nodes, one clear configuration directory

Choosing a region does not change the hardware tier. The base tier includes M4, 16GB memory, and a 256GB SSD; the performance tier includes M4 Pro, 64GB memory, and a 2TB SSD. Choose a tier by workload first, then narrow the region by team location, dependencies, and target market.

Workflow fit

Don't choose a node based only on map distance

Distance is only a starting point. Remote development and automation are shaped by your local network egress, code repository and dependency locations, target market, and actual performance across connection, download, build, and upload stages.

01

Remote development

Test interface interaction, SSH command response, code checkout, and dependency installation separately. Do not replace full workflow validation with a single short speed test.

02

CI/CD builds

Record the time spent on Runner pickup, dependency restoration, compilation and testing, and artifact upload before deciding whether a node is close to critical dependency paths.

03

Regional version validation

For Japan- or Korea-market work, compare Tokyo or Seoul first, and validate the language environment, regional services, and team collaboration together.

04

Long-running experiments

Confirm the transfer paths for models, assets, and result files first. Long-running performance depends mainly on node configuration and task design, not just how the interactive connection feels.

Regional usage guide

Evaluate regional characteristics against real workloads

These recommendations describe suitable use cases and are not fixed latency or performance guarantees. Network paths vary with user location, carrier, access protocol, and dependency services. Final decisions should be based on your team's reproducible task results.

SG Singapore
Recommended checks

Southeast Asia development, regional testing, and continuous builds

The Singapore node suits remote development and continuous workloads for Southeast Asia teams. Start with a small validation task covering repository checkout, dependency installation, Xcode builds, unit tests, and artifact uploads, and record each stage. If team members use different networks or are spread across countries, have primary users validate separately instead of relying on one location's results.

  • Ideal for centrally managing build environments for Southeast Asia teams
  • Ideal for validating regional dependency downloads and artifact return paths
  • Choose the model based on memory, concurrency, and storage needs
JP Japan (Tokyo)
Recommended checks

Japan-market adaptation, Japanese-environment validation, and regional collaboration

The Tokyo node suits teams checking interfaces, build workflows, and regional service access for the Japanese market. Validate the language environment, project dependencies, test targets, and artifact delivery in one pass, and save a reproducible task list. For multi-user collaboration, also verify each team member's access path and permissions rather than testing only the administrator's connection.

  • Ideal for Japanese-environment and Japan-market version checks
  • Ideal for collaboration between Japan-based and cross-region R&D teams
  • Do not substitute untested fixed latency figures for task validation
KR South Korea (Seoul)
Recommended checks

Korea-market testing, local collaboration, and automated builds

The Seoul node suits Korea-market validation, regional collaboration, and automated builds. CI/CD teams should map the paths between repositories, Runners, caches, and artifact storage before testing queueing and execution changes under concurrency. For multi-repository projects, record dependency size and disk usage separately instead of estimating every task from one template.

  • Ideal for Korea-market versions and localization workflows
  • Ideal for organizing automated tasks by repository or branch
  • For high-concurrency or memory-intensive tasks, evaluate SDKMac M4 Pro first
HK Hong Kong
Recommended checks

Cross-region R&D, remote development, and continuous integration

The Hong Kong node suits distributed R&D teams that need a shared build environment, as well as remote development and continuous integration. Check interactive connectivity, repositories, dependency services, asset synchronization, and result transfers separately; do not generalize one stage's performance to the whole workload. For large assets or model workflows, confirm storage capacity and transfer plans in advance.

  • Ideal for sharing dedicated physical Mac nodes across regions
  • Ideal for running remote development and continuous workloads separately
  • For large asset workflows, evaluate 64GB memory and a 2TB SSD first
Four-step selection method

Narrow down candidate regions, then run one reproducible task

SDKMac does not publish unverified fixed-latency guarantees. Choose nodes based on team location, dependency service locations, target market, and real connectivity results. For continuous builds, include caching, concurrency, and artifact transfers in the same test.

  1. 01

Confirm where primary users are located

List the team members who connect regularly and their main network environments. Cross-region teams should not rely only on the company's registered address.

  2. 02

    Map external dependencies

Check access paths to code repositories, package sources, build caches, model files, and artifact storage.

  3. 03

    Include target-market requirements

If the task includes Japan- or Korea-market validation, include the language environment, regional services, and collaborators when selecting candidate regions.

  4. 04

    Run a complete validation task

Record results stage by stage—from connection and download through build, testing, and upload—then choose the node and model for long-term use.

Available configuration matrix

Two directory models in every region

The matrix shows only the availability relationship between models and regions. Every combination in the directory is marked “Available”; actual availability when you create an order is returned live by the console.
